Privacy policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Biblee, LLC ("Biblee", "we", "us") collects when you visit whatgodsays.biblee.io or buy What God Says from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and what you bought.
When you buy the ebook: how many times its download link has been used and how many times it has been sent to a Kindle. If you ask us to send it to your Kindle, your Kindle's email address (your @kindle.com address).
When you pay: your card is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you ask to hear when orders open or when the hardcover is ready: your email address.
When you create an account: your name, email address and saved addresses.
When you browse: basic technical information our servers record automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, plus the small cookies the store needs to work (see Cookies).
How we use it
To take your payment, have your book printed and shipped, and send you emails about your order, including the confirmation and the shipping notice with tracking.
To deliver your ebook: to email you its download link, count its downloads, and send it to your Kindle address when you ask.
To send one email when orders open or when the hardcover is ready, if you asked us to.
To answer your questions, arrange replacements, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store, and only what each needs:
Stripe, which processes payments.
Lulu, which prints your book and ships it to you, and the carriers it ships with.
Postmark, which delivers our emails.
Amazon, when you ask us to send your ebook to your Kindle: we email the book to your Kindle address, and Amazon handles it under its own privacy policy.
DigitalOcean, which hosts the store, and Cloudflare, which protects it and delivers it quickly.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
The store uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep your cart, remember your region, and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, then delete them. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. Email signups (to hear when the hardcover is ready, or when orders open) are kept until we send that email or you ask us to remove you. Backups of the store's data are kept for a limited time, then deleted. Your Kindle email address and download counts are kept with your order record.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We will do so unless we need to keep something, such as order records for tax purposes. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's privacy law; we honor them.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted access to our systems, and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep your information safe.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: [email protected], or write to Biblee, LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place #13791, Atlanta, GA 30350.
