Shipping policy

This policy is about printed books. Ebooks aren't shipped: they're delivered by email and download link as soon as your payment goes through.

Every copy of What God Says is printed when you order it and shipped straight to you by our printing partner, Lulu.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Printing time

Printing usually takes 3 to 5 business days before your book ships. In the holiday season it can take 7 to 10 business days or more. Faster shipping speeds up delivery, not printing.

Shipping methods and costs

At checkout you choose a shipping method, such as Standard or Priority, and see its price for your address and order. How long delivery takes depends on the method and where you live.

Tracking

When your book ships, we email you a tracking number and link.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, email [email protected] and we will arrange to send it again; the cost of reshipping may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or never arrives, we will send a replacement. See our Returns and replacements policy for how to let us know.
